Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

Pre-Order Start Date: Pre-orders will begin on September 23, 2024.

Order Finalization Date: All pre-orders placed up until October 7, 2024 will be considered part of the first batch of orders. Pre-orders will be finalized after this date.

Shipping Schedule: Pre-orders for the first batch will be processed and shipped within 7-10 days after October 7, 2024. Please note that shipping times may vary based on factors such as inventory availability and logistical conditions.

Lead Time for Orders Placed After October 7, 2024: For pre-orders placed after October 7, 2024, a processing lead time of one (1) week will be required prior to dispatch. This timeframe is contingent upon the successful completion of internal order processing and logistical arrangements.

Dispatch Priority: Orders will be dispatched based on the chronological order in which they were received. However, we reserve the right to adjust the dispatch sequence as necessary to ensure operational efficiency.

Cancellation Restrictions: Cancellations are allowed only before the dispatch process begins. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team, and approval will be at our discretion, following our cancellation policy.

Order Modifications: We reserve the right to modify pre-orders based on changes in product availability, pricing adjustments, or unforeseen logistical issues. Any changes will be communicated to you, and by continuing with your pre-order, you accept these modifications.

Shipping and Delivery Conditions: While we strive to adhere to the estimated shipping schedule, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control. In the event of significant delays, we will provide updates on your order status. Claims related to delayed delivery will be subject to our standard terms and conditions.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
